Dispute Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

To support the resolution of healthcare disputes, the full-time salaried Dispute Resolution Specialist will manage research, strategy, and communication related to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare written analyses of disputed health plan positions and document supporting arguments for arbitration packages
• Conduct due diligence and collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for IDR submissions
• Review clinical information and maintain compliance with federal regulations and HIPAA requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare operations related to the No Surprises Act or Independent Dispute Resolution
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Logical and clear written communication skills
