Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dispute Correspondence Support Specialist responsible for supporting the Loan Administration Support Department's Dispute Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and provide written analysis of customer complaints, focusing on business/regulatory errors
- Maintain and update the customer complaint file tracking system to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with internal business units to gather information and resolve open complaints
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of related mortgage banking and/or financial industry experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Familiarity with relevant industry-specific software packages is preferred
- Strong analytical skills are essential
