Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Correspondence Support Specialist responsible for supporting the Loan Administration Support Department's Dispute Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and provide written analysis of customer complaints, focusing on business/regulatory errors
  • Maintain and update the customer complaint file tracking system to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal business units to gather information and resolve open complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related mortgage banking and/or financial industry experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Familiarity with relevant industry-specific software packages is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
