Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Disputes Analyst will manage card transaction disputes, investigate claims, and facilitate communication between customers and banking partners while ensuring compliance with card-network rules.

Key responsibilities
  • Review fraud and non-fraud card transaction disputes for accuracy and eligibility
  • Investigate transaction activity and manage disputes from intake to resolution
  • Identify recurring dispute patterns and assist in developing efficient operational processes
