Job Summary
Transforming customer support into a competitive advantage, the full-time remote Disputes and Chargebacks Manager will manage operational success across multiple programs, analyze performance data, and implement strategic solutions to enhance the cardholder experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage BPO vendor relationships to ensure operational success and adherence to performance standards
- Analyze disputes and chargebacks data to identify trends and drive process optimization
- Lead change management initiatives for new program launches and disputes procedures
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Disputes & Chargebacks Operations or BPO management
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in Google Suite, case management platforms, and analytical tools
- Proven ability to drive cardholder satisfaction and resolution outcomes
- Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments, particularly issuer-side dispute processing under Reg E and Reg Z
- Experience using data to drive insights and recommend operational improvements
