Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Disputes and Recovery to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Disputes and Recovery department
• Lead and mentor the existing team of dispute resolution specialists and recovery analysts
• Oversee the end-to-end process of handling customer disputes and manage the recovery process for outstanding debts

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience within a fintech company, financial institution, or issuing bank
• Proven experience in payment risk management and combating fraud
• In-depth knowledge of financial operations, payment systems, and industry regulations
• Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership
