Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of management experience in the credit card/financial services industry
- Thorough knowledge of Visa/MasterCard procedures and FDR systems
- Proficiency in PC Windows-based software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
