Job Summary
Managing employee engagement initiatives, the full-time Disputes Programs & Engagement Coordinator will coordinate program support and key business activities across the Disputes organization in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage employee engagement activities to enhance performance and retention
- Coordinate special events and meetings related to the Disputes organization
- Support leadership with project management, documentation, and communication efforts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years managing employee engagement activities for over 500 employees
- At least 5 years of project support experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- High School Diploma with a focus on college-level business classes or equivalent experience
