Key Responsibilities

• Execute "Quick Win" initiatives in Performance, Workflow, and Knowledge Management
• Develop strategies for bill-pay representment and create standardized evidence packages
• Establish a centralized repository for disputes and conduct targeted training

• Deep understanding of dispute codes and representment strategies
• Proven experience in hands-on process updates and documentation
• Ability to coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders
• Experience with root-cause analysis and outcome measurement
• Familiarity with engagement phases: mobilization, execution, and stabilization
