Distinguished AI Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Distinguished AI Engineer will design and implement an enterprise Generative AI Platform, focusing on agentic workflows, central guardrail services, and developer experience, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver AI-powered products that enhance associate workflows and customer interactions
• Contribute to platform architecture by publishing diagrams and APIs for agent orchestration and policy enforcement
• Standardize and automate agentic workflows to ensure 90% adoption in new applications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with at least 8 years of experience in AI/ML development, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience
• At least 8 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience with Agentic Frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and influence stakeholders
