Distinguished AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To lead innovative AI initiatives, the full-time Distinguished AI/ML Engineering Lead will architect, integrate, and deploy hybrid AI systems while ensuring responsible AI practices in secure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and integrate hybrid AI systems, including traditional machine learning and large language models
• Design and deploy scalable AI architectures and lead the full AI/ML lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, setting standards for model quality and ethical AI deployment across programs

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 5+ years in scalable AI/ML architecture design
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems in secure or classified environments
