A company is looking for a Distinguished Applied Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the scientific roadmap across core AI capabilities with clear hypotheses and success metrics
• Design robust evaluation and benchmarking for generative and predictive models, ensuring scientific rigor
• Lead applied research projects from literature review to productization, while mentoring scientists and engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML research or applied science with leadership experience
• Experience designing and scaling ML systems and real-time applications
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML stacks with a strong understanding of optimization and performance
• 3+ years leading applied research teams preferred
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and comfort in a global, cross-functional organization
