Distinguished Data Architect

Job Summary

Serving as the principal technical authority, the full-time Distinguished Data Architect will define and own the enterprise data and integration architecture vision while advising executive leadership on data strategy and governance in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise the CTO/CIO on data strategy, integration architecture, and enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Own the enterprise integration architecture, establishing standards and providing governance for large-scale integration initiatives
• Define the target-state data platform architecture vision, ensuring it supports scalable designs for analytics and product innovation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture or integration architecture, with at least 5 years at a senior architecture level
• Expertise in designing enterprise integrations using iPaaS or middleware platforms
• Deep knowledge of modern data warehousing/lakehouse architectures and Microsoft data platforms
• Experience in defining and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python
