Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distinguished Engineer to develop and drive the tech strategy for the Reliability and observability tools organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical software development strategies for the Observability Engineering domain
- Lead the design and architecture of resilient and scalable systems, ensuring quality and performance
- Mentor engineering teams and communicate the importance of data safeguarding to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Deep hands-on experience in building complex distributed systems and knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Advanced knowledge of at least two OOP languages such as Java, Go, or Python
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
