Job Summary

Driving innovation in banking technology, the full-time remote Distinguished Engineer will lead architectural evolution, optimize AI-enabled software development processes, and mentor internal talent while collaborating across teams to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the transition to a dynamically-driven architecture utilizing SDUI and BFF patterns
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven efficiencies across the software development lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor for key technologies, guiding technical execution and strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 7 years of experience designing distributed systems and API platforms
• At least 5 years of experience with public cloud technologies
• Experience mentoring and recruiting engineering talent
