Distinguished Engineer

Job Summary

To set the multi-year technical direction for servicing systems, the full-time Distinguished Engineer in Servicing Tech will lead the development of next-generation servicing systems, AI-driven workflows, and platform integrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the multi-year technical strategy for the next-generation servicing system and associated AI-based workflows
• Own the architectural direction for Servicing Tech and lead cross-cutting platform investments
• Serve as a technical advisor to executive leadership and drive alignment across engineering organizations on shared architectural direction

Required qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior individual contributor with a demonstrable impact across multiple domains
• Hands-on experience leading platform-building efforts at an enterprise scale
• Evidence of owning at least one multi-year technical bet end-to-end
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, though demonstrated impact is prioritized
• Sustained external presence in the engineering community through recognized contributions
