Job Summary

To drive innovation in banking technology, the full-time remote Distinguished Engineer - AI will lead the development of agentic marketing and sales systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create advanced solutions and mentor future talent.

Key responsibilities:

• Rapidly prototype and assess new technologies for hyper-personalized marketing and assistive sales systems
• Partner with enterprise and card tech organizations to develop top-tier agentic marketing and sales systems
• Establish technical charters to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns
• At least 3 years of experience with AWS
