Distinguished Engineer - Delivery

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional efforts in a remote environment, the full-time Distinguished Engineer - Delivery will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable solutions while guiding a team of engineers and ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for engineering teams, ensuring high standards of quality and performance
• Lead and inspire engineering teams across multiple disciplines, establishing best practices and driving innovation in engineering culture
• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior engineer or technical lead role
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale, complex software systems
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, and .NET
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and modern software development practices, including DevOps and microservices
