Distinguished Engineer - Technical Lead

Job Summary

Driving innovation in a remote-eligible full-time role, the Distinguished Engineer - Technical Lead will lead the Card Acquisitions engineering organization, setting the technical agenda and collaborating closely with teams to deliver modular, reusable enterprise capabilities while mentoring talent and promoting engineering excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for the domain
• Decompose complex problems into practical and operational solutions
• Design, build, and maintain a resilient, high-performance ecosystem that supports aggressive portfolio growth

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns
• 7+ years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages like Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• 3+ years of experience with public or private cloud technologies
