Distinguished Frontier Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly accomplished Distinguished Frontier Engineer in a remote, full-time capacity, this role will drive the design and governance of enterprise-scale AI solutions, focusing on defining AI-native architectures and establishing responsible AI frameworks for strategic client transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI-native enterprise architectures for large transformation programs and define human-agent capability matrices
• Establish governance models for agentic AI systems, including policies for autonomy and decision-making
• Lead client architecture workshops and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory AI requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 8 to 15 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Enterprise Architecture or AI Architecture roles
• Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions
• Strong experience working directly with executive stakeholders and client architecture boards
• Expertise in AI governance, compliance, and regulated decision-making systems
