Job Summary

As a remote full-time Distinguished Scientist, the successful candidate will define and drive the technical vision for long-horizon, supervised agentic systems, focusing on designing agent architectures and learning strategies that enhance user interactions throughout the home-shopping and financing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own the research and technical strategy for long-horizon agentic experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Design and advance evaluation methods for large language models tailored to complex, regulated domains
• Architect systems that utilize persistent memory and multi-agent collaboration to provide context-rich guidance over extended timelines

Required qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on foundational LLMs or agentic AI
• 10+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale AI systems, particularly in agent-based systems
• Expertise in generative and agentic AI, including multimodal models and advanced reasoning techniques
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to production
• Experience in designing evaluation frameworks for long-horizon agents in regulated domains
