Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Book hotel accommodations and handle emergency relocations for passengers

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required)

  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 mbps) and a quiet home-work environment
  • Familiarity with hotel sourcing and market research is a plus
