Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Book hotel accommodations and handle emergency relocations for passengers

- Monitor and confirm access to necessary tools and systems, and report any issues to supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 mbps) and a quiet home-work environment
- Familiarity with hotel sourcing and market research is a plus
