Distributed Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distributed Systems Engineer (L5) - Managed Compute.

Key Responsibilities

• Design experiences for customers to simplify internet-scale computing
• Develop and operate managed compute services while balancing complexity and ease-of-use
• Mentor engineers and drive operational excellence within the Managed Compute team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes operators and orchestration complexities
• Proven ability to optimize fleet utilization at scale
• Experience with Golang, Java, and/or Python
• Demonstrated ability to drive infrastructure changes at scale
