Distribution Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Directors of Distribution, the full-time remote Distribution Analyst will manage daily operations related to line hauls, routing, fleet management, and safety programs while fostering strong relationships across departments to meet operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily line haul routing, backhaul completion, and fleet maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Train and mentor team members while monitoring performance against established KPIs to enhance productivity and safety
• Utilize data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in workflows and resource allocation

Required qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
• Experience in training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
