Distribution Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Directors of Distribution, the full-time remote Distribution Analyst will manage daily operations including routing, fleet management, and safety programs while ensuring operational goals are met through effective communication and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily line haul routing and backhaul operations, ensuring completion and compliance with safety standards
• Train and mentor front-line delivery staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Utilize data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity within the distribution operations

Required qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements
• Experience in training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all management levels
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
