Distribution Connectivity Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of reservation transformation for third-party channels, the full-time FLEX Manager, Distribution Connectivity will manage deployment activities, enable property activation, and ensure post-launch stabilization while collaborating with various teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for product build on third-party channels for migrating and existing hotels
• Execute prerequisite technical and operational tasks to support configuration and activation of migrating hotels
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, data issues, and configuration gaps for third-party channel connections

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
• 4+ years of experience in business, sales and marketing, or management operations
• Experience working with CRS systems, OTA's, and/or technology partners
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in a ticketing or incident management environment preferred
