Distribution Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Distribution Operations Analyst will manage contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely commission payments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines
• Manage contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals to ensure compliance with regulations
• Establish accurate pay structures and submit forms to state insurance departments in a timely manner
