Distribution Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and streamline distributor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across multiple regions
• Develop business cases for process improvements and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure effective execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution, channel, or sales operations within a technology or product manufacturing company
• Proven ability to improve complex operational workflows with measurable outcomes
• Experience in a 2-tier resell channel and understanding of distributor-reseller-manufacturer interactions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365, including defining business/data requirements
• Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
