Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Distribution Sales and Marketing Lead will manage key accounts, oversee budget accountability, and execute marketing strategies to maximize market share for Microsoft's gaming portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborating with retailers and distribution partners to develop sales and marketing plans that achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors through regular business reviews to optimize performance
- Managing regional revenue targets and budgets while processing sales analytics and ensuring accurate reporting
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field highly desired
- Extensive experience in field sales, channel marketing, or account management within the consumer electronics, gaming, or technology sectors
- Expert analytical capabilities with experience in interpreting POS trends and managing forecasting models
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in remote collaboration tools and CRM platforms, with MS Sales experience as a distinct asset
