Distribution Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across various regions
• Develop business cases for process improvements and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute them

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
• Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
• Experience in a 2-tier resell channel and understanding of distributor interactions
• Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365, and understanding of EDI and API integrations
