Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
- Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage approved initiatives from planning through implementation
- Define data sharing requirements between systems and collaborate with IT, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
- Experience working within a 2-tier resell channel and understanding distributor-reseller-manufacturer interactions
- Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
- Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
