Distribution Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across various regions
• Develop business cases for process improvements and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements between systems and collaborate with IT, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
• Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows with measurable outcomes
• Experience in a 2-tier resell channel and understanding of distributor-manufacturer interactions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 systems at a business/data level
• Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
