Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and improve global distributor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
- Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage approved initiatives from planning through implementation
- Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute these requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
- Experience in improving complex operational workflows with measurable results
- Understanding of the 2-tier resell channel and interactions among distributors, resellers, and manufacturers
- Experience with Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
- Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
