Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across various regions
• Develop business cases for process improvements and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute these requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution, channel, or sales operations
• Experience in improving complex operational workflows with measurable outcomes
• Understanding of 2-tier resell channels and interactions among distributors, resellers, and manufacturers
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
• Conceptual knowledge of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
