A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize distributor operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across various regions
• Develop and advocate for business cases for process improvement projects
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams for implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution, channel, or sales operations
• Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
• Experience with 2-tier resell channels and understanding of distributor interactions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
• Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
