Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows with global distributors across multiple regions
• Develop business cases for process improvement and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other departments to execute them

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution or sales operations within a technology company
• Experience improving complex operational workflows with measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of 2-tier resell channels and distributor-manufacturer interactions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 systems at a business/data level
• Understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
