Distribution Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and improve global distributor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across multiple regions
• Develop business cases for process improvement and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute these requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
• Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
• Experience with 2-tier resell channels and understanding of distributor-manufacturer interactions
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365, including defining business/data requirements
• Conceptual knowledge of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
