Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
- Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage approved initiatives from planning through implementation
- Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT to execute these requirements while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
- Experience improving complex operational workflows with measurable results
- Understanding of 2-tier resell channels and the interactions between distributors, resellers, and manufacturers
- Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and D365, with experience in business/data level requirements
