Distribution Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows with global distributors across multiple regions
• Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage approved initiatives
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams for implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution or sales operations at a product manufacturer or technology company
• Experience with complex operational workflows and measurable improvement results
• Familiarity with 2-tier resell channels and interactions between distributors, resellers, and manufacturers
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and D365 at a business/data level
• Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
