Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and improve operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance operational workflows with global distributors across multiple regions
- Develop and advocate for business cases for process improvement initiatives
- Manage implementation of approved projects and measure their outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution, channel, or sales operations
- Experience with 2-tier resell channels and understanding of distributor-manufacturer interactions
- Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 systems at a business/data level
- Conceptual understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
