Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and improve operational workflows with global distributor partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and enhance operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
  • Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage their implementation
  • Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute them
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
  • Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
  • Experience within a 2-tier resell channel and understanding of distributor interactions
  • Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and D365, including defining data requirements
