Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager to modernize and improve operational workflows with global distributor partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance operational workflows between the company and its global distributor network
- Develop business cases for process improvement projects and manage their implementation
- Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute them
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
- Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
- Experience within a 2-tier resell channel and understanding of distributor interactions
- Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce and D365, including defining data requirements
