Distribution Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows with global distributors across various regions
• Develop business cases for process improvement and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute them

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution, channel, or sales operations in a technology company
• Proven track record of improving complex operational workflows
• Experience with 2-tier resell channels and understanding distributor-manufacturer interactions
• Knowledge of Salesforce and D365, including defining business/data requirements
• Understanding of business-to-business data exchange methods like EDI and API integrations
