Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, the full-time remote Distribution Services Specialist will manage hotel data entry, communicate with partners, and ensure accurate information across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders while managing hotel data entry and activation processes
• Research and verify new hotel information, ensuring accurate data is entered into all necessary systems
• Collaborate with OTA partners to resolve issues related to rates and availability, maintaining detailed logs of promotions and activations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficient in using online resources for research purposes
