Distribution Sourcing Analyst
Job Summary
To support a billion-dollar enterprise, the full-time remote Distribution Sourcing Analyst will manage high-value procurements, ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for complex programs, translating technical specifications into purchase orders
- Own the lifecycle of the procurement process, from proposal preparation to supplier selection and award administration
- Analyze market trends and forecasted spend to develop effective sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to resolve contractual and performance issues with suppliers
- Financial acumen in quoting, P&L, and operating margin
- Familiarity with Oracle purchasing system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations, as well as ITAR and EAR compliance
