Distribution Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the Distribution Services Department, the full-time Distribution Specialist I will manage intermediary agreements, client support tasks, and invoice processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and file standard dealer agreements, providing necessary reporting and resolving client inquiries
- Monitor client correspondence and provide updates and reports as requested
- Review intermediary invoices for accuracy and resolve any outstanding payment issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client services or a related field
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered
