Distribution Specialist

Job Summary

To support a local company, the full-time Distribution Specialist will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, manage distribution software for health plan identification cards, and maintain effective communication across teams while working in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures to streamline distribution processes and ensure quality control
• Manage the distribution software, ensuring accuracy and quality of health plan identification cards and related materials
• Maintain the ticketing system for timely resolution of requests and provide regular reports to account managers

Required qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with one year of distribution quality control experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of distribution software and spreadsheet maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a routine basis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
