Distribution Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with order placement, inventory allocation, and delivery information
• Manage large orders and assist with quotes requiring special processes
• Act as a liaison between marketing, channel, and supply chain to enhance customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Preferred proficiency in SAP/BW, Salesforce.com, and other relevant systems
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
