Distribution Support Representative

Job Summary

Supporting a sales team remotely, the full-time Distribution Support Representative will manage order entry, assist with inventory allocation, and facilitate communication between marketing and distribution to enhance customer service and sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage order placement and track the status of blocked and open orders
• Assist in processing large quotes and RGAs while supporting upselling efforts to assigned accounts
• Utilize Salesforce to log customer information, monitor sales results, and run key business reports

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP/BW, Salesforce.com, and Metastorm
• Ability to understand and sell multiple products effectively
