Distributions Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of the distributions team, the fully remote Distributions Analyst II will conduct quality assurance for transactions, provide training for entry-level analysts, and process various distribution types while ensuring compliance with internal regulations and IRS guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve transactions processed by level one Analysts, ensuring quality assurance
• Provide training and support for entry-level Distribution Analysts
• Process various distribution types accurately, including loans and excess contributions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of retirement industry experience required
• Financial degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Relius and Salesforce preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to run reports and analyze data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
