Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distributions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process client initiated distribution, transfer, and rollover requests
Communicate effectively with clients, authorized third parties, and internal departments
Assist in the processing of IRA account conversion, re-characterization, and Institutional/Advisor directed requests

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
1 - 3 years of applicable experience
Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Working knowledge of trust accounting systems preferred
Previous experience with IRAs, Solo 401(k) plans, and Qualified Retirement Plans preferred
