Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distributions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process client initiated distribution, transfer, and rollover requests
- Communicate effectively with clients, authorized third parties, and internal departments
- Assist in the processing of IRA account conversion, re-characterization, and Institutional/Advisor directed requests
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of applicable experience
- Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Working knowledge of trust accounting systems preferred
- Previous experience with IRAs, Solo 401(k) plans, and Qualified Retirement Plans preferred
