Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distributor Account Manager to lead and grow sales through distributors and regional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors
  • Design and implement distributor-focused sales strategies
  • Grow the partner network by identifying, onboarding, and training new distributors
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with distributors in the beauty industry
  • Solid understanding of the beauty industry: sales cycle, training, competition, and promotional activities
  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, ideally with major/global brands
  • Must have an existing network of distributor contacts
